Aditya Birla spent Rs 100 crore for ABCD app: CEO Vishakha Mulye

Earlier today, the company launched the omnichannel ABCD D2C platform, which will integrate all the services of the group

Aditya Birla Capital's Chief Executive Officer Vishakha Mulye on April 16 said the company has spent Rs 100 crore on making of 'Aditya Birla Capital Digital' application.

"We have spent Rs 100 crore on making this application," Mulye said during an interaction after the app launch event in Mumbai.

Earlier today, the company launched the omnichannel ABCD D2C platform, which will integrate all the services of the group.

Mulye added that Svatantra Microfinance services is not envisaged on the application, but the company will explore it.
"As customer segment is very different and we will evaluate at appropriate time," Mulye added.

During the launch, Kumar Mangalam Birla said the Aditya Birla Group network  serves over 250 million customers  across 14 sectors commanding a leadership position  across key industries  including Cement, Metals, Fibre, Financial Services, Fashion Retail and Chemicals.
