The Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) has released the admit card for the much-anticipated Health Inspector Grade II 2025 examination. Candidates who have successfully applied for the 1,429 available posts can now download their hall tickets from the board's official website, mrb.tn.gov.in.

The computer-based examination is scheduled to be conducted on December 7, 2025, in a single session across various exam centers in the state.

How to download Tamil Nadu Health Inspector Admit Card 2025?

Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their MRB Health Inspector Grade II hall ticket without any hassle:

Step 1. Go to the Tamil Nadu MRB portal at mrb.tn.gov.in.
Step 2. On the homepage, look for a notification or link that reads "Download Admit Card For Health Inspector Grade II" and click on it.
Step 3. You will be redirected to a login portal. Enter your registered User ID and Password.
Step 4. Your Tamil Nadu Health Inspector Admit Card 2025 will be displayed on the screen. Carefully verify all details like your name, roll number, exam date, venue, and photograph.
Step 5. Download the PDF file and take multiple printouts. You must carry a physical copy to the examination hall along with a valid photo ID proof.

TN MRB Health Inspector 2025: Exam Pattern and Key Details

Aspiring candidates should familiarize themselves with the exam structure to strategize effectively. The written examination will be of three hours duration and is divided into two distinct sections:

Section 1: Tamil Language Eligibility Test

Duration: 1 Hour

Marks: 50

Syllabus: 10th Standard level

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% (General Category)

Section 2: Main Subject Test

Duration: 2 Hours

Marks: 100

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35% for General Category; 30% for SC/SCA/ST candidates.

Important Note: The board has confirmed that there will be no negative marking in the examination.

Candidates who successfully clear the written examination will be shortlisted for a physical and medical fitness assessment. This stage is mandatory and will include a thorough vision test to ensure candidates meet the physical standards required for the role of a Health Inspector.

Salary and Vacancy

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,429 vacancies for the post of Health Inspector Grade II. Selected candidates will be entitled to a handsome salary in the pay scale of Rs. 19,500 - Rs. 71,900, as per the Pay Matrix Level-8 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
