Long term economical value addition and how different asset class have given returns. If you had invested Rs 1 Lakh each fifteen years ago in Gold , Silver and Ccl products shares , Which asset would have appreciated in these 15 years as per your. I am sure most of you had chosen Gold or Silver , In these assets your current value would have been above 5 Lakhs each , a tiny sum would have spent on bank locker to keep the Gold and silver safer in these fifteen years. Now hold your breath , Your investment in CCL products shares would have given you dividends year after year as their management has never ever skipped dividend in these fifteen calendar years from 2010 till 2025. Continuation of previous post , Now my Targets and conditions for an optimistic target for medium term for CCL products given below. Face Value of CCL PRODUCTS share is Rs 2 where as book value after September 25 qtr results was announced is Rs 156.29 therefore huge really huge reserves to enable Ccl products management to reward share holders again. 13 years back or in calendar year 2013 CCL PRODUCTS management had split shares from Face value Rs 10 to FV Rs 2 and also liberal Bonus of one share for every share held. Therefore each share got multiplied by 10 in 2013. Who says 13 is unlucky, In the year 2013 which is 13 years back 100 shares held by a share holder before bonus and split increased to 1000 shares. Who knows in 2026 we can expect another split to FV 1 and another Bonus for every share held. If that happens share can jump above 1250 post bonus and split in such an event 312.50. If that happens and for those very long term share holding people to whom shares from 100 had become 1000 will become 4000 shares . For medium term investment in less than one subject to assumed bonus and split share price will appreciate by more than 37 percent Appears good buy Good luck View more
