Panakkaran ji… this is a VERY VALID and OFTEN IGNORED point..... Margin square off before CORPORATE ACTIONS like SPLIT is a REAL MECHANISM...... Most brokerages reduce or COMPLETELY BLOCK carry forward margins 2 to 3 sessions prior....... This FORCES leveraged positions to unwind ...... irrespective of FUNDAMENTALS...... Operators KNOW this window very well...... They don’t create the event..... they EXPLOIT the timing..... That is why you see.. HIGH VOLUME.. FAST DOWNTICKS.. AGGRESSIVE COMMENTARY.. and SUDDEN PERSONAL ATTACKS.. When price cannot be broken fundamentally.... CONVICTION is attacked PSYCHOLOGICALLY..... Dirty language… labels like operator kids chela etc..... These are CLASSIC signs of MARGIN HUNT PHASE..... Not discussion… but DISTRACTION....... Notice one thing clearly....... If this was REAL DISTRIBUTION.. Promoter activity would be ABSENT.. Delivery would COLLAPSE.. Price would NOT stabilize repeatedly.. But we are seeing the OPPOSITE....... So yes… your observation fits the CURRENT PRICE ACTION LOGICALLY...... 2 to 3 sessions of pressure is NORMAL in such setups..... After that.....only CASH players remain..... That is when REAL DIRECTION emerges..... MM never reacts to LANGUAGE.. MM never reacts to LABELS.. MM only tracks POSITIONING and STRUCTURE.. Let noise exhaust itself...... Dear MM, one more possibility of high volume may be margin square off before split, brokerage wont allow to keep margin positions on split kind of events. operators are utilizing it to hunt margin positions mostly we can expect this bearishness 2 more days. View more | 1
