Netflix has finally given fans a peek into the intimate world of Bollywood’s most legendary family with the trailer for Dining with the Kapoors. It opens with Ranbir Kapoor being introduced to the camera, followed by Kareena Kapoor stepping out of her car, waving cheerfully as if welcoming viewers into their world.
Soon after, Ranbir and Riddhima Sahni Kapoor join in, and Kareena's voiceover establishes the mood: a loving, close-knit family that unabashedly enjoys laughter and delicious food.
The trailer brims with candid, heartwarming moments that make the Kapoors feel wonderfully relatable. Neetu Kapoor can be seen teasing Kareena, saying, "you are the one who is dramatic," while Karisma Kapoor breaks the fourth wall with her adorable remark, "are you recording this? sorry, cut."
Shot during the celebration of Raj Kapoor’s 100th birthday, the special features Armaan Jain proudly acknowledging the milestone.
In addition to the trailer's nostalgic images of Raj Kapoor and his well-known song Joota Hai Jaapani, Neetu Kapoor playfully mimics the legendary actor. It's a poignant reminder of the family's cinematic heritage, subtly incorporated into their daily happiness.
With appearances by Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, and other well-known people, the show also offers snippets of lavish Bollywood parties, evoking a feeling of glitz and friendship. It is evident that mischief runs in the family when Ranbir Kapoor and Armaan Jain playfully interact in the kitchen and Ranbir gives Armaan a playful kick.
Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda, also participates in the festivities, adding to the sense of a close-knit, extended family.

Armaan Jain, the show's producer and creator, is intimately familiar with the Kapoor legacy. Before trying his hand at acting in Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, Armaan's own career in film started as an assistant director on films like My Name Is Khan, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, and Student of the Year.
The show will premiere on 21st November on Netflix.
