Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav’s recent visit to Ujjain’s Mahakal Temple with his wife, Devisha Shetty, took an unexpected turn online when fans noticed actor Avneet Kaur in the same frame. What began as a spiritual visit quickly turned into social media chatter.
Ahead of the India-Australia T20 series, Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha visited the Mahakal Temple to seek blessings. The cricketer posted a serene video of the couple attending the aarti, captioned, “Jai Shree Mahakal.” But as the camera moved, eagle-eyed fans spotted Avneet Kaur sitting nearby.
Soon, comments flooded social media: “Woh Avneet thi kya side mein?” and “Avneet kya kar rahi hai inke saath?” Others wrote, “Wait a minute… was that Avneet?”
It remains unclear whether the actor was part of the couple’s visit or simply happened to be there at the same time.
Interestingly, Avneet herself shared pictures from her temple visit on the same day — her birthday.
Posting on Instagram, she wrote, “Taking blessings from Lord Shiva on my birthday… Har Har Mahadev.” The timing of her post added to the speculation, with some assuming the trio visited together.

Earlier this year, Avneet grabbed headlines when Virat Kohli’s Instagram account “liked” one of her photos, leading to widespread buzz. Kohli later clarified it was an algorithmic error while clearing his feed, urging fans not to read too much into it.
