Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal are riding on the success of their Rs 500 crore movies, Animal and Chaava, respectively. The success of these films catapulted these talented superstars of this generation into the league of the industry’s biggest stars.

The duo are now set to team up for the biggest film of the year, Love & War, directed by filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film also stars Alia Bhatt.

National Award-winning filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is frequently compared to cinematic greats like Raj Kapoor, K. Asif, and Guru Dutt, is set to deliver a cinematic spectacle never seen before, with the potential to become a Rs 1000 Cr mega success.

Love & War has already emerged as the most anticipated film phenomenon thanks to the collaboration of three of the biggest names and possibly the best actors of the current generation, Ranbir, Vicky, and Alia.

The audience has already seen Ranbir and Vicky work their magic together in Sanju. The stage is now set for yet another historic blockbuster in the making as they reunite in Love & War.

Love & War is set to release in the theatres on March 20, 2026.

The upcoming movie marked the first time Vicky has collaborated with Bhansali. Alia is collaborating with the filmmaker for the second time after the award-winning film Gangubai Kathiawadi in 2022. Alia also won the National Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film.

Meanwhile, Ranbir is reuniting with Bhansali after a gap of 18 years. Ranbir had made his acting debut with Saawariya in 2007.

Fans have been looking forward to SLB's next Love & War. The crew have already completed 100 days of shooting, with 90 days scheduled yet to be done. The film is expected to officially wrap up by the end of 2025. While further details about the film are yet to be revealed, it promises gripping action and powerful drama.
