In a video, Rakhi Sawant expressed her distress and concern for Salman Khan's safety, following the recent firing incident outside his Mumbai house on Sunday.

The recent gunfire incident outside Bollywood star Salman Khan's house in Mumbai's Bandra area has shaken the entire entertainment industry. Anmol Bishnoi, brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, allegedly claimed responsibility for this act, heightening concerns for the actor's safety. Amidst this tension, actress Rakhi Sawant has come forward, deeply troubled by the threats Salman faces from the Bishnoi brothers.

In an emotional video that has been circulating online, Rakhi expressed her distress, calling Salman a Bollywood legend whose life and contributions to the industry and society are invaluable. "Whatever has happened isn’t right. You’ve called this a ‘trailer’. Yeh achchi baat nahi hai. Salman bhai is my brother. He’s the legend of Bollywood. Everyone is scared right now but I know no one will come at me. Rakhi Sawant ko udta teer lene ki aadat hai. I’m not scared of anyone else apart from god," Rakhi declared in the video.

Rakhi Sawant also made a heartfelt appeal to the Bishnoi brothers, asking them to reconsider their actions and spare Salman's life.

In April 2021, Rakhi disclosed how Salman, along with his brother Sohail Khan, had generously supported her mother Jaya Sawant’s cancer treatment during her financial struggles amid the pandemic. "My mother was dying. Salman bhai spent so much money for her operation. Where will we ever get a man like Salman Khan?" she recalled, highlighting his benevolence.

Rakhi praised Salman’s continuous efforts to help those in need, emphasizing that his kindness extends beyond mere financial aid; he has been a savior to many, funding critical medical operations and supporting numerous newcomers in the film industry. "He got operations done for crores of people by helping them financially. He helps people throughout the year. Please let him be. What kind of animosity do you have with him? He’s a good son and brother. He also helps a lot of young girls and boys [who are starting out in the film industry]. Unhone apna ghar nahi basaaya par doosra ka ghar basaate hai. He leads a simple life. Please let him live," Rakhi continued, her voice heavy with emotion.
