Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan's younger son, Mark Shankar, was injured in a fire-related accident that occurred at his school in Singapore on Tuesday.
The news was confirmed by the official X (formerly Twitter) handle of the Jana Sena Party, which shared an update on the incident earlier in the day.
According to the statement, Mark sustained burn injuries on both his arms and legs. He is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in Singapore, where he is being closely monitored by doctors.
Mark Shankar also experienced smoke inhalation as a result of the incident. He has been admitted to a hospital in Singapore, where he is currently undergoing treatment and receiving necessary medical care.
Pawan Kalyan, who is on a tour of Alluri Seetharamaraju district, will travel to Singapore once the tour is over. As mentioned in the official post, as soon as he came to know about the incident, Officials and leaders suggested that he should stop the tour and go to Singapore.
Despite the unfortunate incident involving his son, Pawan Kalyan has stated that he will continue with his scheduled tour before departing for Singapore. He mentioned that, as key arrangements have already been made for the launch of several developmental programs, he intends to fulfill those commitments first. Upon completing his tour in Manyam, Shri Pawan Kalyan will travel to Visakhapatnam. From there, preparations are underway for his journey to Singapore to be with his son.
Mark Shankar, born on 10 October 2017, is the son of Pawan Kalyan and his third wife, Anna Lezhneva. He is currently eight years old and pursuing his education in Singapore, where the fire-related incident took place.
