Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala celebrated their first Sankranti as a married couple in Hyderabad on Tuesday (January 14). In Telugu culture, the first Sankranti after a wedding is considered very special, and it is typically celebrated with both families. Sobhita shared glimpses of their celebration on her Instagram Stories, giving fans a sneak peek into the festivities.

The couple had a whirlwind romance, which led to their wedding in December 2024. A day before Sankranti, they celebrated Bhogi, a part of the Sankranti festival, and shared a picture of the traditional bonfire. Sobhita captioned the post with the words "bhogi, renewal, transformation," symbolizing the new phase of their lives together.

On the day of Sankranti, Sobhita shared a beautiful solo mirror selfie, where she looked stunning in a traditional red saree paired with a contrasting sandal-colored blouse. Her hair was neatly styled in a bun, and she looked radiant for the occasion. Additionally, she shared a cute photo of her and Chaitanya's feet near a rangoli sticker with a heart emoji, symbolizing their love and togetherness.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala began dating in 2022 and got engaged on August 8, 2024, in a private ceremony in Hyderabad. Their engagement was followed by a grand wedding in December 2024 at the famous Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Their journey from dating to getting married has been filled with love and celebrations, and their first Sankranti together was a perfect way to mark this new chapter in their lives.
