Rajasthan Exit Poll 2024 Highlights: NDA likely to win 18-23 seats, INDIA alliance 2-7 seats, predicts News18 exit poll

News18 exit poll predicts that out of 25 seats in Rajasthan, the NDA is likely to win 18-23 seats while the INDIA alliance is expected to win 2-7 seats.The overall seat share that News18 has predicted is NDA (355-370) seats, INDIA alliance (125-140) seats and others (42-52) seats.

As per the reports by News18, the NDA is winning between 355-370 seats, the INDIA alliance 125-140 seats and others 42-52 seats.

The voting for Bharatpur constituency in Rajasthan was successfully done on 19th April, 2024.The voter turnout was 52.80%. The BJP candidate for Sikar constituency is Ramswaroop Koli and the INC candidate is Ms. Sanjana Jatav. In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, Ranjeeta Koli of the BJP secured 7,07,992 votes and defeated Abhijeet Kumar Jatav of the INC who got 3,89,593 votes.

Most exit polls summarized by NDTV predict that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's BJP-led alliance will win a clear majority in the recent general election. The NDA is projected to capture more than 350 seats in the 543-member parliament, exceeding the 272 needed for a majority. In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, Sumedhanand Saraswati of the BJP secured 7,72,104 votes and defeated Subhash Maharia of the INC who got 4,74,948 votes.

The election in Jaipur was successfully held on 19th April,2024. The voter turnout was 63.38%. Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan is a very important constituency for Rajasthan. Manju Sharma from the Bhartiya Janata Party is contesting against Pratap Singh Khachariyawas of the Indian National Congress. In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, Ramcharan Bohra secured 9,24,065 and defeated Jyoti Khandelwal of the INC who got 4,93,439 votes.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Friday said that this time also, the BJP will form the government at the Centre for the third consecutive time under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
