The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi has signed an agreement with Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), Bhilai, to foster academic and research collaboration.
IIT Mandi and Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai, will facilitate visits of faculty and staff members between the institutions for exchange of scientific knowledge and information.
The a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) paves the way for the establishment of joint postdoctoral and PhD programmes, fostering academic and research excellence through collaborative supervision. Both the institutions will also grant access to their research facilities as per mutually agreed terms.
The collaboration will encompass joint research initiatives, including participation in nationally and internationally funded projects. It will also facilitate joint activities such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and training programs, offering students exposure to the facilities and resources available at both institutions.
