JMDE Packaging Ltd.

The Company was carrying on the business under the name and tyle of
 M/s UMA PLASTIC INDUSTRIES with its principal place of business at
 Ahmedabad.  For the same of smooth working, better and efficient
 management and improvement and advancement of business, the said
 joint stock Company has been converted and incorporated under Section
 566 of the Companies Act, 1956 as UMA PETROFILS INDIA LIMITED on 24th
 September 1992. The Certificate for Commencement of business was
 obtained on 7th October 1992.
 
 The Company subsequently took over M/s UMA PACKS another partnership
 firm of the group with effect from 10th October 1992.  At the time of
 conversion, the assets of the two firms were revalued at market value
 and transferred in the name of Uma Petrofils India Limited.  The
 promoters of the erstwhile firms have been allotted Equity shares at
 par in the company as purchase consideration.
 
 Both the firms i.e M/s Uma Plastics Industries & M/s Uma Packs were
 carrying on business of manufacturing of printed polyethelene bags
 since 1988 and 1990 respectively at Village Kadi dist. Mehsana.  The
 present combined manufacturing capacity of these units is 1200 tpa.
 
 The company is now embarking on an expansion programme for
 manufacturing Polyster/BOPP film printing and lamination.  It has
 therefore decided to expand its capacity to 2280 tpa from 1200 tpa to
 get the benefit of the demand of flexible multilaminated packaging
 material as well as to exploit the profitable market potential of
 flexi packs.  The expansion will be carried out at village Changodar,
 Taluka Sanand Dist. Ahmedabad.
 
 M/s Uma Packs commenced commercial production from March 1990.

 Promoters:
 
 The Company has been promoted by Mr Laljibhai M Patel, Dr Arvindbhai
 M Amin, Mr Batukhai Shyani and Mr Maganbhai patel.

 JMDE Packaging & Realties Ltd

 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1
 
 --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to 502, Sinchan
 Apartment, Off.Verra Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai-400053.

 -  The address of the registered office of the Company is changed
 from 502, Sinchan Apartments, Off. New Link Road, Andheri West,
 Mumbai - 400065 to Plot No. 326/11, Rd. No. 17, Jawahar Nagar,
 Goregaon West, Mumbai - 400 062, w.e.f. from March 01, 2015.
