 ARIHANT THREADS LIMITED was promoted in Joint Sector by
 Arihant Industries Limited and Arhant Cotsyn Limited in
 collaboration with The Punjab State Industrial Development
 Corporation Limited (PSIDC).  It was incorporated as a
 Public Limited company on 14th February, 1992 and received
 Certificate of Commencement of Business on 24th February,
 1992. 
 
 The company is in the process of setting up a Ring Spinning
 Unit of 25200 spindles for the manufacture of cotton/cotton
 blended yarns at Goindwal Sahib Amritsar Distt. in the
 State of Punjab.
