Binoy Prabhakar is Executive Editor, Moneycontrol, India’s leading financial news platform, where he is focussed on running an agile and efficient newsroom, building successful journalism products and finding innovative business solutions. He is the founding editor of CNBCTV18.com and a 2017 Fellow at the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism in New York. Before joining Network 18, which houses Moneycontrol and CNBCTV18.com, Binoy was a Senior Editor at The Economic Times where he ran the features team and Deputy Editor of The Economic Times Magazine. In a career spanning two decades, he also worked with The Indian Express, The Times of India and The Hindustan Times. Binoy is passionate about entrepreneurial journalism and aviation. He lives in Noida with his wife and their two children.
