We covered a news story, a few days ago which looked at the number of users that both Firefox and Chrome have been facing. IN that list, Google had managed to pull out ahead of Mozilla’s Firefox. This isn’t going to stop anytime in the near future, going by the recent trend. Firefox could be in even more trouble according to ZDNet. Internet Explorer, in comparison, enjoys a healthy lead over both browsers. While browser software is free, all browsers get a big chunk of their income through advertisements. Companies pay a lot of money to show up in the browser’s search toolbar. In the case of  most browsers, Google Search happens to be the default search engine and yes, Google is paying each one of these browsers, including Firefox.
