    Tech Mahindra has declared its fourth quarter results. The company's Q4 consolidated revenues were up 4.2% at Rs 1,261.5 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.

    Excluding Satyam losses the company's PAT stood up 0.5% at Rs 206.5 crore, QoQ.

    Including Satyam losses PAT stood at Rs 92.1 crore.

    Its consolidated operating profit was up 3.7% at Rs 259 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.

    The company added 15 new clients in FY11.

    Its Debt as of March 31 was at Rs 1,222.7 crore.

    The company added 4,125 employees in Q4.
