Rain Commodities Q2 PAT up 25% at Rs 117.6 cr

Rain Commodities has reported a profit after tax of Rs 117.6 crore in the second quarter of FY12, a growth of 25% as compared to Rs 93.95 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.

Rain Commodities has reported a profit after tax of Rs 117.6 crore in the second quarter of FY12, a growth of 25% as compared to Rs 93.95 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.

Total revenue jumped 25% to Rs 1,296 crore from Rs 1,035.33 crore year-on-year. EBITDA moved up 11% to Rs 269 crore in the July-September quarter of FY12 versus Rs 243 crore in same quarter the previous year.

EBITDA margins stood at 20.8% versus 23.5% during the same period.
