BS Transcomm has reported net profit of Rs 51.03 crore in the year ended March 2011, up 116% as compared to Rs 23.61 crore in previous year.
Its net sales increased 69% to Rs 871.7 crore from Rs 516.7 crore during the same period.The Board had recommended a dividend of 10% (Rs 1 per share of Face value of `10) for the year subject to approval at AGM.Basic EPS at Rs 23.33 per share, Diluted EPS at `29.06 per shareBook value stands at Rs 149 versus last year of Rs 59Capacity Utlisation is 66% - 79,173 tons for a capacity of 120,000 MTPAOrder book stands at Rs 510 crores and has bided for orders in excess of Rs 2,000 crores under JDU & JVs with various business partners.
