SKF India quoting ex-dividend

SKF India board of directors in its meeting held on February 23, 2012, decided to recommend to the members at the forthcoming 51st Annual General Meeting of the company a dividend of Rs. 7.5 per equity share (75%) for the year ended December 31, 2011 to be paid on 52,732,538 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid.

SKF India board of directors in its meeting held on February 23, 2012, decided to recommend to the members at the forthcoming 51st Annual General Meeting of the company a dividend of Rs. 7.5 per equity share (75%) for the year ended December 31, 2011 to be paid on 52,732,538 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid.


The company informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from April 10 to April 17, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 17, 2012.


SKF India touched an intraday high of Rs 727.50 and an intraday low of Rs 717.10. At 11:18 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 720, down Rs 4.55, or 0.63%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,102 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 2.12% or Rs 15.05 at Rs 724.55.
