On February 06, 2013 Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Limited sold 89,891 shares of Sayaji Hotels at Rs 130 and sold 4,668,000 shares at Rs 130 on the BSE.

However, RAOOF RAZAK DHANANI bought 4,757,891 shares of at Rs 130.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 124.50, down Rs 5.00, or 3.86%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 138.95 and an intraday low of Rs 123.25.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 164.60 and 52-week low Rs 107 on 30 April, 2012 and 30 October, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 24.36% below its 52-week high and 16.36% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 218.10 crore.
