High Court approves scheme of amalgamation to create Sesa Sterlite

The Honourable High Court of Bombay at Goa by order dated April 3, 2013 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement amongst Sterlite Industries (India), Madras Aluminium Company, Sterlite Energy, Vedanta Aluminium and Sesa Goa and their respective shareholders and creditors, to create Sesa Sterlite.
