    Gateway Distriparks raises its stake in Snowman Logistics

    Gateway Distriparks has acquired 74 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each in its subsidiary company, Snowman Logistics Ltd. (SLL) from Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. for Rs 25.90 crore.

    Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired 74 Lac equity shares of Rs. 10 each in its subsidiary company, Snowman Logistics Ltd. (SLL) from Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. for Rs. 25.90 crores.Post this purchase of shares, SLL will continue to be the subsidiary of Gateway Distriparks Limited; Gateway Distriparks Limited's shareholding in SLL will increase to 54.19% and Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. will cease to be a shareholder of SLL.Source : BSE
