The Last of Us Complete releases for PS5: All you need to know

US-based video game developer Naughty Dog has released The Last of Us Complete– a two-game collection with some extra content–for PS5. The Last of Us Complete contains The Last of Us Part I and Part II Remastered. The digital edition of The Last of Us Complete is out now; a physical Collector’s Edition is also coming out on July 10, 2025. The Last of Us Complete: Additional content
As mentioned, besides the remastered versions of both games, The Last of Us Complete also comes with additional content for Part I and Part II Remastered.

In The Last of Us Complete, the additional content for Part I Remastered includes the Left Behind prequel chapter and “character and weapon skins unlocked through gameplay challenges”.

For The Last of Us Part II Remastered, the additional content includes:

• Lost Levels – early-development versions of three levels


• Developer Commentary


• Guitar Free Play mode


• Character and weapon skins unlocked through gameplay challenges, including Jordan A. Mun’s jacket skin for Ellie from Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, Naughty Dog's upcoming game


• The ‘No Return’ survival mode

The Last of Us co-creator Neil Druckmann and the team at Naughty Dog have timed the release of the Complete edition well, close to the release of season 2 of HBO’s TV adaptation of the video games. If you are a fan of The Last of Us TV show, you already know that the second season starring Pedro Pascal, Bella Ramsey and Kaitlyn Dever is currently on JioHotstar in India. The first episode was released internationally on April 13 but came to the streaming platform on April 14 in India.
