Google’s Nano Banana feature, part of the Gemini app, is driving a new wave of AI creativity. Since its launch last month, the app has crossed 10 million downloads, with over 200 million images created or edited using the tool. While turning selfies into collectible action figures has gone viral, Nano Banana also supports several other imaginative prompts. Here are five prompts users are experimenting with:

1. Turn yourself into an action figure
This prompt allows users to transform their photos into collectible figurines inside toy boxes. The AI generates packaging, clear plastic windows, and graphics, making the miniature figure look ready for display.
Example prompt: “Take this photo of me and turn me into a collectible figurine inside a toy box. Include a clear window, bold graphics, and my name on the packaging. Style the figurine to look fun but keep my likeness.”

2. Reimagine yourself in a past decade
Users can transport themselves to different eras, from the 1920s to the 1990s. Gemini adapts clothing, hairstyles, and backgrounds to fit the chosen decade.
Example prompt (1980s): “Transform me into a 1980s character, with neon clothes, big hair, and an arcade in the background. Make it look like a real portrait from that decade, with accurate fashion and colors.”

3. Appear in a famous TV show
Gemini can insert users into iconic TV scenes. Whether it’s a sitcom or drama, users can interact with original cast members in realistic settings.
Example prompt (Seinfeld): “Create a realistic image of me sitting with Jerry, Elaine, George, and Kramer in Jerry’s apartment from Seinfeld. Place me on the couch, laughing with the group, in the show’s 1990s style.”
