Microsoft on July 30 said it is investigation access issues and degradation in performance of Microsoft 365 services, faced by several users in different regions across the world.

"We're currently investigating access issues and degraded performance with multiple Microsoft 365 services and features. More information can be found under MO842351 in the admin center," the global tech major said in a post on X, earlier known as Twitter.

It further said, "We've applied mitigations and rerouted user requests to provide relief. We're monitoring the service to confirm resolution and further information can be found at https://status.cloud.microsoft or under MO842351 in the admin center."

However, the link provided by the tech firm was also not accessible for several users. Microsoft, in response, said it is also investigating "an issue impacting Azure Services".

"Our teams are actively working to resolve this as early as possible. Meanwhile, you can keep updated on our Status page here: https://msft.it/6010ljyLg ," the firm replied to the user.
