Asian Paints to beautify New Delhi

June 06, 2015 / 12:15 IST

In an endeavour to breathe life back into New Delhi’s cityscape Asian Paints has joined hands with St+art India’s Delhi Festival. St+Art India foundation is a non-profit organization that collaborates with street artists from around the globe on art projects in public spaces. Asian Paints is encouraging them with paint and administrative support to turn dull and boring walls to interactive, colourful and vibrant artworks. A total of 12 international and 15 national artists have come together to beautify several flyovers, underpasses and a few landmark buildings in the capital. Cold storages in Azadpur Mandi, the walls of Lok Nayak Bhawan in Khan Market, and the walls of Lodhi Colony are next in line for a makeover.
