State security agents in China have arrested more than a 24 people who were allegedly linked to the letter's distribution. The letter, which first appeared two weeks ago, has gone viral in the online media in China. It called for the resignation of President Xi Jinping and also offers a point-by-point critique of his government's failures. This comes on the back of a slowdown in Chinese economy. Xi Jinping is facing a lot of challenges with the industry in China resisting his reform agenda amidst.
