Millionaire and biotech CEO Bryan Johnson, who spends millions each year on far-out longevity treatments, has recently revealed that he keeps only three things in his bedroom -- his bed, a laser face shield to reduce wrinkles, and a device to measure his nighttime erections, Time Magazine reported.

"I only sleep in here. No work, no reading," the tech entrepreneur told the publication, adding that nighttime erections act as a marker for biological age.

Elaborating on his nighttime routine, the biotech CEO said he goes to bed by 8.30 pm and wakes up before 6 am. The 46-year-old's efforts to turn his body into that of an 18-year-old doesn't only involve a peculiar sleeping arrangement; he takes more than 100 pills daily, wears a cap to project red light into his scalp, follows a strict diet, does high-intensity exercise, and aggressively measures his body's age through blood tests, ultrasounds, MRIs, and colonoscopies, Business Insider reported.

His routine for optimising his health, Project Blueprint, costs up to $2 million a year.

When asked about his ultimate goal, Bryan Johnson told The Guardian, "Don’t die.” And, he wants as many people as possible to join him.
