    I was just doing my job, says 2G scam accused Behura

    Former telecom secretary and 2G accused Siddhartha Behura has distanced himself from former telecom minister A Raja, the prime accused in the case.

    Former telecom secretary and 2G accused Siddhartha Behura has distanced himself from former telecom minister A Raja, the prime accused in the case. 

    Behura's counsel Aman Lekhi told the court that all decisions related to the telecom policy that was invoked to sell spectrum was finalised before Behura joined the telecom ministry in January 2008.

    Behura's counsel also pointed out that he was just carrying out the stated policy that had concurrence of Raja. The CBI will now reply to the arguments tomorrow.
