Black Mesa Source finally has a release date

Valve’s Source engine is one of the most versatile game and physics engines in the world. Many modders and developers alike have successfully developed great games using the engine, along with Valve itself using the mod for games like the Left 4 Dead series, the Portal series and Half-Life 2 and its episodes, among others. A few years ago, a group of modders set out to recreate the first Half-Life game, which was released in 1998 in the Source Engine. Now, after many years of waiting, the mod finally has a release date. The mod, titled Black Mesa Source, is set to be released in around 11 days from now. The modders made a post on the official forums for the mod detailing the release.
