  • Ghazipur Landfill Fire: Dark smoke continues to emit

    Ghazipur landfill continued to emit dark smoke in the air on April 23. A massive fire erupted on the Ghazipur landfill on April 21. Municipal Corporation of Delhi adopted a two-pronged approach to extinguish the fire. 16 excavators, 2 bull-dozers and 6 fire tenders were pressed into service to stamp out the fire. Watch.
