Veteran singer SP Balasubrahmanyam passed away on September 25 at the age of 74. He suffered for almost a month due to COVID-19 related pneumonia, according to an announcement from the doctors.

Meanwhile, on the vaccine front, US pharma company Novavax has begun its phase 3 trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of its vaccine.
