PMS managers exited from these midcap stocks: Check your portfolio

Despite bouts of volatility, domestic barometer indices have been on an uptrend and record-making spree over the last six months. Many stocks rallied and traded near to their life time high. Within the AMFI defined 150 midcap stocks, about 52 percent of the stocks were more than doubled in the last three years. Here are the most sold midcap stocks by Portfolio Management Services (PMS) in August, as per the Finalyca PMS Bazaar – an all-in-one investment analytics platform for PMS, AIF, MF & ULIP investments. Fund managers at various PMS may have chosen to sell their holding because of stocks reaching their in-house target prices, or an unfavourable change in underlying investment idea making the stock unattractive or the fund manager coming across a better placed stock offering higher potential upside. PMS managers exited as these stocks either got attained their target prices or turned unattractive due to weak prospects. Data as of August 2023.
