The Nifty futures on the Singaporean stock exchange were trading lower by around 16 points at 10286, a fall of around 0.16 percent. This indicates that the domestic market is likely to open on a negative note.

From a very simple observation, what I can make sense is go long on pharmaceutical stocks. The preferred ones would be Biocon, Glenmark Pharma and Ajanta Pharma. Go short in the cement stocks, Ambuja Cements topping the list over there along with UltraTech Cement. So if you are trading for the next two to three days, I think these are the trades which I would suggest.
