WhatsApp includes a built-in option that lets users start a conversation without saving a phone number to their contacts. This is useful for one-time conversations, quick follow-ups, deliveries, business interactions, or cases where users simply want to avoid adding unnecessary entries to their address book. The feature works on both smartphones and WhatsApp Web and relies on a special link that opens a chat window automatically.
While you'll find several ways online of sending a WhatsApp message without saving them. But, most of them rely on third-party services. But, the best part here is that WhatsApp added the option to directly type a phone number and start a conversation without actually saving the phone number on the phone.
Here's how to do it:
Open WhatsApp on phone or web or desktop app
Tap or click on the 'New chat' option
Type the phone number with +91
That's it. A popup with the phone number will appear if the contact has a WhatsApp account
Tap on it to start the conversation
Not only that, you can also text, send photos, videos, location details, etc. On top of these, you can also make audio and video calls.
