CRISIL revises fair value to Rs 254 for Omnitech

CRISIL Research has come out with its report on Omnitech Infosolutions. The research firm has maintained the fundamental grade of 3/5 and maintained the valuation grade of 5/5 to the company in its October 18, 2011 report.

Omnitech Infosolutions Ltd (Omnitech) is a niche IT services company, offering services that are overlaid on IT infrastructure and focuses on SME companies. It has established itself in the domestic market (75% revenues) and is expanding into the global market. It has enjoyed strong growth rates and margins, through its expanding service portfolio and higher SME IT spend. We expect margins to decline going forward as the company invests in the international business. We maintain the fundamental grade of 3/5, indicating that its fundamentals are good relative to other listed securities in India.
