On CNBC-TV18's new show Super Six, market gurus Hemen Kapadia, CEO of chartpundit.com, Rakesh Gandhi of LKP Securities and Vishal Kshatriya, Sr Derivative and Technical Analyst, Edelweiss, place their bets on two stocks each, thus offering investors a variety of options to choose from. Investors can read into the detailed analysis before agreeing to any or all the bets.
Hemen Kapadia, CEO of chartpundit.com Adani Enterprises collapsed by 30% in a single trading session. It has taken support at monthly support levels after a long time. The 5 and 15 minute chart seem to suggest an oversold situation indicating a possibility of a bounce back, so obviously a high risk high return trade. One can buy it at around Rs 585 with a stop loss of Rs 565 and target of Rs 625. This is a short term trade, which will be valid for 2 trading sessions.
One can buy Bombay Dyeing at Rs 342 with a stop loss of Rs 337 and a target of Rs 352. This is a short term trade, which will be valid for 2 trading sessions.
Rakesh Gandhi of LKP
One can short Bhushan Steel for a target of Rs 365 and keep stop loss at Rs 412
Short Indiabulls Real Estate for a target of Rs 89 and keep stoploss at Rs 106
Vishal Kshatriya, Sr Derivative and Technical Analyst, Edelweiss Bata India has been in a continuous uptrend which is depicted by the formation of higher tops and higher bottoms on its daily chart. Beside that the stock continues to trade above its short term moving average which indicates that the overall trend and momentum in the counter is positive. One can go long on Bata in range of Rs 655-660 with a target price of Rs 660 and maintaining stop loss of Rs 640. BGR Energy has been in continuous downtrend, which has depicted by formation of lower tops and lower bottoms on its daily chart and hence I recommend going short on BGR Energy in a range of Rs 385-390 with a target of Rs 365 and stoploss of Rs 405.
