Gati may sell stake to German company; stock up 5%

Today the share of logistic major Gati was locked at upper circuit of 5% after The Economic Times reports that the company may sell its stake in shipping business to German Company Bernhard Schulte.

Today the share of logistic major Gati was locked at upper circuit of 5% after The Economic Times reports that the company may sell its stake in shipping business to German Company Bernhard Schulte.

At 09:20 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 37.55, up Rs 1.75, or 4.89%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 37.55 and an intraday low of Rs 36.70.
 
There were pending buy orders of 56,921 shares, with no sellers available. It was trading with volumes of 38,721 shares.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed down 3.37% or Rs 1.25 at Rs 35.80.
