    Pantaloon Retail shareholders has okayed to issue Rs 800 crore convertible debenture to AB Nuvo, reports CNBC-TV18.

    Pantaloon Retail touched an intraday high of Rs 154.00 and an intraday low of Rs 149.40. At 09:29 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 153.75, up Rs 3.15, or 2.09%.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 62,350 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.63% or Rs 0.95 at Rs 150.60.
