    Future Capital Holdings deal is likely to be announced today, reports CNBC-TV18.

    It touched an intraday high of Rs 144.65 and an intraday low of Rs 139.50. At 09:29 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 143.45, up Rs 6.45, or 4.71%.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 67,891 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 4.03% or Rs 5.75 at Rs 137.
