Exit LIC Housing Finance on bounce, says Mitesh Thacker, Technical Analyst, miteshthacker.com.

Thacker told CNBC-TV18, "In LIC Housing - probably first signs of buying happening at lower levels. The stock price tested a very important quarterly moving average. You would say stock stabilize over here. My belief is that the downsides are limited though the upsides may not happen very immediately. I think on the upside, short-term bounces atleast for people who have been stuck to the levels of about Rs 180-182 should be used to kind of exit the positions and that gives them a good opportunity to cut their losses."

He further added, "On HCC I am still not very clear about the entire set up. I think we have seen some support at levels of about Rs 39.40 but the chart is not giving much clues as of now where the direction of the price could be."
