    Omkar Speciality Chemicals will stabilize at Rs 30, says SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com.

    Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "Omkar Speciality Chemicals deserves the hiving off the quote to 50% and I don't think that the valuation can go beyond Rs 30 because if you see the bulk chemicals, specialty chemicals, fine chemicals, all these companies are ruling at a PE multiple of about 3-4-5 times even the larger ones, the multinationals they are ruling at a PE multiple of 9-10."
