-Nifty options suggest market range of 5500-5700
-Total Puts added 53 lakh shares in Open Interest (OI)
-Total Calls shed 12 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5600 Put added 27.6 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5700 Call shed 5.7 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5500 Put added 3.4 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5400 Put shed 1.8 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5700 Put added 24.4 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5900 Call added 9.6 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5500 Call shed 15.7 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5600 Call shed 7.3 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5800 Call shed 1.8 lakh shares in Open Interest
-5200 Put shed 9.6 lakh shares in Open Interest
-Nifty PCR increased to 1.02 as against 0.93
-India VIX closed at 16.25, down by 2.17 percent

FIIs in F&O (on April 16, Source: NSE)

FIIs have bought Rs 1265 crore worth of Index Futures on April 16, as per provisional data available on NSE website. Index Futures' Open Interest contracts went down by 44262.

Meanwhile, FIIs have bought Rs 392 crore worth of Index Options on Tuesday. Index Options' Open Interest contracts rose by by 18339

FIIs have purchased Rs 370 crore worth of Stock Futures and Stock Futures' Open Interets contracts jumped by 1694

However, they have net sold Rs 80 crore worth of Stock Options yesterday. Stock Options' Open Interest contracts went up by 8067.
