Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited announced the resignation of Mrs. Mrinali Amit Kumar from the position of Assistant General Manager - Human Resources (AGM - HR), effective September 3, 2025. The resignation is due to personal reasons.
The company has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for the resignation besides the personal reasons cited by Mrs. Kumar.
The company had previously disclosed this information on September 3, 2025, and the requisite disclosures as per Regulation 30 read with clause 7C of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, have already been made.

Akash Shetty, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has confirmed the submission of the resignation letter.
