The IT services, consulting, and business solutions provider has expanded its strategic partnership with Tryg, a leading Scandinavian non-life insurance company operating in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. As part of the seven-year, €550 million agreement, TCS will partner with Tryg to simplify and standardise operations across its three major markets and drive technological transformation.
The Board has approved the company’s foray into African markets, beginning with Nigeria, Uganda, and Zambia. These markets offer attractive prospects for revenue diversification, operational scalability, and long-term value creation. As part of its broader growth strategy, the company will continue to evaluate expansion opportunities in other African markets where Airtel has an established presence.
The Board has approved the company's acquisition of a 64% stake in Kotson’s for Rs 192 crore. Following the acquisition, Kotson’s will become a subsidiary of the company. The Board also approved the acquisition of 100% shareholding of the company’s step-down subsidiary Impactgrid Renewables from its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies.
The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for the development of Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi. The project includes the extension of the runway along with re-carpeting, strengthening of the existing runway, and allied works, with a quoted amount of Rs 297.01 crore.
The company has received approval from the Ministry of Coal to commence operations at the Dhirauli mine in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. According to the geological report, the block has a gross geological reserve of 620 MMT and a net geological reserve of 558 MMT.
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of stake by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in Yes Bank from State Bank of India, Axis Bank, Bandhan Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. SMBC had earlier received approval from the RBI to acquire a 24.99% stake in Yes Bank.
The company has received a letter from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, regarding the allocation of H200 SXM and H100 SXM GPUs for a period of 360 days, totalling 1,29,94,560 GPU hours to GNANI AI, for building India’s foundational AI model. The total value of this order is approximately Rs 177 crore.
DCM Shriram has announced a long-term strategic agreement with Aarti Industries for the supply of chlorine. Under this arrangement, DCM Shriram Chemicals will be the exclusive supplier of chlorine from its chlor-alkali plant to Aarti Industries' upcoming downstream chemicals facility at Zone IV, Jhagadia, Gujarat.
Advanta Mauritius, a subsidiary of Advanta Enterprises, has approved the purchase of the post-harvest business housed under Decco Holdings UK, the wholly owned subsidiary of UPL Corporation, Mauritius, at an enterprise valuation of $502 million. UPL Corporation Mauritius is a wholly owned subsidiary of UPL. This is a related party transaction and is subject to shareholder approval. Post-transaction, the Decco business will be consolidated with the Advanta seed business.
The company has announced the signing of three new hotel properties - Lemon Tree Premier, Pushkar, Lemon Tree Premier, Ajmer, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ajmer. These properties will be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.

Galaxy Investments II, the sponsor owned by KKR Asia Pacific Infrastructure Holdings, sold 20.48 crore units (13.56%) in the infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) at Rs 98.01 per unit, valued at Rs 2,007.2 crore. 2452991 Ontario, owned by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, sold 4.69 crore units (3.11%) at Rs 98.02 per unit, amounting to Rs 460.4 crore. As per the latest unitholding pattern, Galaxy Investments II held a 27.85% stake, and Ontario held a 25% stake in Vertis Infrastructure Trust.
ICICI Prudential MF, Max Life Insurance Company, Whiteoak Capital Mutual Fund, LGT Wealth India, Ambit Wealth, Neo Wealth Partners, Dezerv Investments, MVS Ventures, LTIMindtree, 360 ONE Prime, L&T Technology Services, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, Larsen & Toubro, Tata AIG General Insurance Company, and Pico Capital were among the 37 buyers who acquired a 16.67% stake in Vertis Infrastructure Trust.
BHL Securities Trust sold 1.58 crore shares (1.23%) in the sugar company at Rs 21.83 per share, valued at Rs 34.49 crore. Jayakumar Narayanswami, Nirad D Mehta, and Pankaj I Jain, as trustees of BHL Securities Trust, held a 2.43% stake in Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar as of June 2025.
BofA Securities Europe SA sold 4,10,023 shares in Laxmi India Finance, a non-banking finance company, at Rs 140 per share.
Somani Ventures and Innovations bought 1.36 lakh shares in the company at Rs 4.10 per share. Inventus Capital Partners (Mauritius) sold 2.72 lakh shares at Rs 4.01 per share. As of June 2025, Inventus Capital Partners (Mauritius) held a 10.12% stake in Net Avenue Technologies.
