Sequent Scientific Limited has approved the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2020.

The Nomination Remuneration Committee of the Company, in its meeting held on September 11, 2025, approved the issue and allotment of 13,17,653 Equity Shares of ₹2 each fully paid to 26 Employees at an exercise price of ₹86 per equity share on exercise of the options granted under SeQuent ESOP 2020.

Consequent to the allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the issued and the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from ₹50,06,69,990 consisting of 25,03,34,995 Equity Shares of ₹2 each to ₹50,33,05,296 consisting of 25,16,52,648 Equity Shares of ₹2 each.

The said Equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
