The board of directors of Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited approved a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. via video conferencing, in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The meeting concluded at 12:02 PM, with Mr. Jayant Chheda as the Chairman. A total of 65 shareholders attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the members approved the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the reappointment of Mr. Parag Chheda as a director. Additionally, the board ratified the remuneration of the cost auditors for FY26 and reappointed Mrs. Heena Chheda and Mr. Nihar Chheda with revised remuneration terms.
The board also approved the appointment of Secretarial Auditors for a consecutive period of 5 years.
