The Board of Directors of Morepen Laboratories is set to convene on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
In addition to the financial results, the board will also fix the record date for determining the members eligible to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company also announced that the trading window, which was previously closed as per the letter dated June 27, 2025, will remain closed until Friday, August 8, 2025 (inclusive) for all designated persons of the company.
The meeting is being held pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
