Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund buys a 0.8% stake in Eris Lifesciences

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund on July 15 bought 10.94 lakh shares or a 0.8 percent stake in Eris Lifesciences at an average price of Rs 1000.04.

According to the block deal data available with the bourses, an individual identified as Rakesh Shah sold 20 lakh shares in Eris Lifesciences or a 1.47 percent stake in the company for an average price of Rs 1000.12.

HDFC Mutual Fund bought 2.43 lakh shares in House of Pearl Fashions for an average price of Rs 731 and Minerva Ventures Fund bought 50 lakh shares in Kamdhenu Ventures for an average price of Rs 40.

BOFA Securities Europe SA bought 6.38 lakh shares in Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd for an average price of Rs 175.91, while HDFC Mutual Fund bought a 1.59 percent stake in Pearl Global Industries for an average price of Rs 731.

Shah Sanjiv Dhireshbhai sold 2.77 lakh shares or 0.64 percent stake in Pearl Global Industries for an average price of Rs 731.01.
